Learning and Growth in a Collaborative Environment
Our team participated in an insightful IRBM (Integrated Results-Based Management) training at Cresta Lodge Harare. This engaging workshop was designed to deepen our understanding of our work plan and the importance of recognizing our achievements along the way.
The serene environment of Cresta Lodges provided the perfect backdrop for learning and collaboration. Throughout the training, we explored key concepts of results-based management, focusing on how to effectively implement our work plan and measure our progress.
One of the highlights was the interactive sessions where we discussed strategies for setting realistic goals and tracking our accomplishments. We learned that rewarding ourselves for meeting milestones is crucial in maintaining motivation and fostering a positive work culture.
