The Deposit Protection Corporation’s (DPC) exhibited at the National Youth Empowerment Symposium, held at the Zimbabwe Agricultural Showgrounds from 21–22 October 2025 as part of its public awareness initiatives.
The DPC team connected with hundreds of young people, budding entrepreneurs, and dynamic professionals. The energy at the Corporation’s stand was very encouraging as youth and innovators engaged with the brand, eager to learn about the importance of deposit protection and the critical role DPC plays in building financial confidence and stability for all Zimbabweans.
Our interactive sessions sparked lively discussions on financial literacy, empowering attendees with knowledge and practical tips to secure their financial future. We witnessed firsthand the passion and determination of Zimbabwe’s next generation to build a more secure, inclusive economy.
The feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive. Many participants expressed newfound confidence in managing their finances and a greater appreciation of the DPC’s mission to safeguard deposits. Our team left the symposium inspired by the enthusiasm and innovative spirit of the youth and entrepreneurs we met.
As DPC, we remain committed to supporting the growth and empowerment of Zimbabwe’s future leaders. Together, we are building a stronger, more resilient financial system for everyone.
