This notice serves to advise that with effect from the 4th of June 2026, ZB Building Society (hereafter referred to as “ZBBS” or “the Company”) was placed under liquidation in terms of the Insolvency Act [ Chapter 6:07]. Deposit Protection Corporation was appointed liquidator and Mr. Bulisa Mbano of Grant Thornton (Zimbabwe) was appointed liquidator agent of the company effectively from the 4th of June 2026.
